Answer:Hello Kelly, Sorry to hear about that. I'm a Paint associate at the Home Depot and we have a product that can take care of your situation. It's called goof off, I would not spray it directly on your jacket I would spray it in a rag and work this solution in. The Goof Off 22 oz. Heavy Duty Spot Remover and Degreaser removes stickers, residue, oil, grease, crayon, gum and more. The water-based solution uses no harsh chemicals and won't give off offensive fumes.

Dear W. M. Barr, I own an older home in Windham, Maine which has a well providing our water. Many year's I've had to deal with ugly hard rust stains on my white clothing, tub, toilet. I've installed filter's on both hot and cold water supplies but yet my water still stain's everything. I've tried every product on the market and NOT one of them has been successful in helping with cleaning the stain's until now. I was shopping at our local Hannaford Market and saw your product. After spending literally Thousands of dollar's on different cleaning product's I figured your product was just another dead end. I went home, sprayed my tub and let it set for about 10 minute's and when I went back to check it was like a miracle. It cleaned every rust/hard water stain. I sprayed the toilet and again, all clean. I just wanted you to know that your product is the best I've ever used and I wanted to thank you. One suggestion I have is that it would cover a larger area if it had a SPRAY option instead of a stream. Again, thank you for producing a great product! I hope you continue to supply it. Thank you.
