How to Remove Latex Paint
Although latex paint is water soluble, and much easier to clean up than oil based paint, once it has dried it can be pretty tough to remove.
People have tried everything from hairspray, to turpentine, to isopropyl alcohol to remove dried latex paint, and the fact is – sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.
If you have accidentally splattered paint on a floor or your clothes, there is one product that will remove latex paint with a minimum of effort.
Use Goof Off® Professional to remove stains, spots, spills, splatters and drips from these types of latex paints:
- low gloss
- semi gloss
- high gloss
